1)Embrace the uncertainty, business priorities will change most of the time.

2)Building a good team with right people, with right motivation, is equally important as building the right product, in a long run.

3)Try to give your team the right opportunities that they are excited to work with, which is what keeps them motivated.

4)Be empathetic, always listen before you talk.

5) Being a leader, choose your words wisely, it’s going to stick with people forever(Leadership is not authority, it’s a privilege).

6)Create an environment of psychological safety, where your team will not hesitate to share their ideas or call out on a bad one.

7)It takes effort to steer your team towards a common goal, always be prepared and communicate the “why”.
